The Unicorns & Polka Dots Recovery Council is a dedicated group of men and women who bring lived experience, leadership and perspective to our mission. Each member has a minimum of one year of sobriety and is actively engaged in their own recovery journey.
Serving as ambassadors for Unicorns & Polka Dots, Recovery Council members help identify, shape and promote meaningful workshops, programs and activities that best support the needs of the recovery community we serve. Closely connected to the recovery space, they offer firsthand insight, strong community ties and thoughtful feedback that help guide our programs and initiatives.
Our Recovery Council meets quarterly with our Executive Director to share ideas, provide guidance and collaborate on ways to strengthen our impact. Together, we ensure that Unicorns & Polka Dots continues to evolve with purpose and remains responsive to the real needs of those on the path to recovery.
