Unicorns & Polka Dots is an Ohio non-profit organization, with a pending federal 501(c)(3) application. We anticipate notice of our federal tax-exempt status in the near future, and with the expectation that current contributions will be receive tax-exempt status, retroactive to December 16, 2025. Alternatively, if the IRS does not approve our application, your contribution will not be tax-deductible. Naturally, Unicorns & Polka Dots will provide all donors with an updated acknowledgment as soon as the federal determination has been received.
